- What should I wear?
- Whatever is comfortable. You undress only as far as you like — you're draped throughout, and many treatments work perfectly well through light clothing.
- Can I choose the pressure?
- Always. It's set together at the start and adjusted the moment you ask — a great massage should never be endured.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Life happens — cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge. Inside that window a small cancellation fee applies, shown clearly before you book.
- I'm pregnant / recovering from an injury — can I still book?
- In most cases yes, with the treatment adapted to you. Mention it in the booking notes and it will be planned around before you arrive.
- What if my time slot is taken?
- Join the waitlist with one tap. If that slot frees up, you're offered it automatically and can claim it from your phone.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is settled at the studio after your session — card or cash, whichever is easier.
